I have never been to a casino that I’ve taken care of me and my husband he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and very comfortable and was truly a godly man after coming to Las Vegas i truly don’t think I would ever go to any other hotel this place is amazing very beautiful and very clean. He even called his supervisor and the supervisor said to take care of us. and and he went out of his way to give us some vouchers to eat at a Steakhouse call tenders here at the Luxor as a gift, he did this out of the kindness of his heart. He came to fix our heater from facility engineering this man was so kind and so helpful and was a true blessing to us. We met a gentleman by the name of Dennis Jones.
